Getting paid should be simple. But we know it's often a long, painful process.
That’s why we’ve put every part of getting paid, from start to finish, in your Monzo Business account.
You send your customers a payment link or invoice as soon as the job’s done, and they pay in a few taps. Then we'll take care of the admin, so you can spend more time on the things that really matter.
It's easier for you, and easier for your customer. Win win.
Quick and easy requests
Introducing payment links – a new way for you to request payment with Monzo Business.
Create and send a link in just a few taps. Your customers will see what the request is for, who it's from and how much it's for (and they can pay from the same link too).
Say hello to new and improved invoices. If you're on Monzo Business Pro, you can send an invoice that customers can tap to view online. Invoices are great for times when you'd like to be more formal, or include more information.
So you know, Monzo Business Pro costs £5 a month. You'll also get access to Tax Pots, accounting integrations, exclusive special offers and more. Plus, your first month is free. Find out more about Monzo Business Pro.
Give your customers new, simple ways to pay
However you ask to get paid, your customers can now pay you directly.
Easy bank transfers
We all know the pain of manual bank transfers. Typing out someone's bank details, triple checking them, following up to make sure the payment went through.
Say hello to easy bank transfers. They’re just like any other bank transfer, minus the typing. We'll fill out the details, straight in your customer's own banking app or online banking account. All they have to do is tap to confirm.
How much do easy bank transfers cost?
They're free until 2023.
Card payments

We've teamed up with Stripe, a leading card payments company. You can apply for a Stripe account in the Monzo app (and we'll fill the application form with any details you gave us when you signed up).
Update: You can now get paid by Apple Pay and Google Pay too! Learn more.

We’ll take care of the admin
No more manual uploads or tracking spreadsheets – we're taking care of the admin from start to finish. You’ll be able to see overdue and due payments at a glance, all in one place. And we'll notify you when a payment goes through, mark it as paid and send your customer an email confirmation too.
We’ve answered your customer’s questions, too
This webpage brings together FAQs and some background on how payments work – and you can share it directly with your customers!
How do I get started?
You'll see a brand new tab in your business account called Get Paid – just tap it to get started.
