My pension has been transferred but it’s not showing in my Monzo account
If your old pension provider has said they've transferred your pension to us but it's not showing in your Monzo app just yet, don't worry!
It can take up to 10 working days to show in your Monzo Pension – but it's usually much quicker.
If it's been 10 working days since your provider confirmed this, and your money still isn't there, please post a copy of the confirmation in the chat so we can look in to this for you.
