Contactless doesn't work
When you order a Monzo card, you need to activate it in the app.
It's rare, but sometimes contactless doesn't activate. If that happens, try popping it into the card machine and putting in your PIN. After that, contactless should work.
If you’ve tried that but it’s still not working, tap below to order a new card.
Or follow these steps:
Tap 'Home'
Tap ‘Card’ on the account you need a new card for
Scroll down to 'Replacement' and tap 'Order new card'
Follow the instructions, and a new card will be on its way!
If your card is damaged or isn’t working when you get it, we'll cover the cost of the replacement.
